Olikraft describes thick stainless-steel construction and reinforced nylon gears for its separate large model, alongside its 10-to-16-ounce claim. Those material descriptions do not prove equal capacity, service life, speed or noise.
Choose from the documented task fit: capacity boundary, mounting, crank clearance and available instructions. A metal label by itself is not a reason to prefer one model, and it should never be transferred to Olikraft's plastic-body compact winder.
Plan the complete working area
Measure the base and clamp arrangement, then allow room for crank movement if the machine is manual. Olikraft says its large model can rest sturdily on a table without the clamp, but it does not publish a universal surface test or a maximum clamp opening.
